Jiří Teml (born 1935) is a Czech composer, radio producer and dramaturgist.

During the 1960s and 1970s whilst working as an economist, he studied music theory and composition with Bohumil Dušek and Jiří Jaroch.  Many of his compositions display an influence of Czech folk music – his substantial output includes works in many genres such as symphonies, concertos, song cycles, choral works, children's operas, chamber music, art songs, and works for solo organ and piano.
