Johann Baptist Georg Neruda (Czech: Jan Křtitel Jiří Neruda) ca 1708 – 1780 was a Czech classical composer.  Little is known about his life except that he studied violin in Prague where his reputation as a violinist and conductor grew.  In the early 1740s he went to Dresden, joining the court orchestra there eventually becoming its concertmaster.

His composed in many genres including symphonies, concertos, trio sonatas, sacred works and an opera.
