J S Bach Keyboard Arrangements of Works by Other Composers I (BWV 972-977) (Piano)
Six Concertos after Vivaldi and Others

This three-part edition contains all of Bach's arrangements of other compositions.  They were most likely commissioned by Prince Johann Ernst of Saxe-Weimar around 1713/1714.  The concerto arrangements document Bach's thorough study of the new Italian art of concerto and its leading exponent, Antonio Vivaldi.
