J S Bach’s Partita BWV 1013 is a challenge to every flute player.  In his inimitable, virtuoso manner, Bach exploited all the technical and musical possibilities of the flute in this piece.  

Our edition now makes this landmark of flute repertoire accessible to recorder players in a version which scrupulously follows the Urtext and was transposed according to the principles of the 18th century.
